Privacy Policy

Sharma & Associates collects only the information needed to deliver the services you ask for: your name, contact details, identity numbers and the documents you share.

Your documents are kept in your private client portal. Only the team working on your file can see them. Portal passwords and saved credentials are stored encrypted. We do not sell or share your information, except with government portals as part of a filing you asked for, or where the law requires it.

You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted once we are no longer required to keep it, by writing to hello@sharmaassociates.in.
